Simulynx is an engineering simulation Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables users to generate custom simulations from text prompts, images, and diagrams using artificial intelligence technology. Our Service produces editable Python code, interactive parameter controls, dual-graph analysis, sensitivity insights, and generative visuals/videos for engineering, manufacturing, physics, and invention prototyping.

The Service includes Grok AI-powered code generation, multi-modal input analysis (text + images/diagrams), organization chart integration for role-specific simulations, and professional export capabilities to assist in prototyping, debugging, and visualization.

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or suspicious activity.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its underlying technology, including AI models and generated code frameworks, are owned by Simulynx. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your internal engineering and prototyping purposes.

You retain ownership of your input prompts, uploaded images/diagrams, and outputs (simulations, code, visuals). However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your inputs to improve the Service. Outputs must not infringe third-party rights and must be technically accurate for their intended use.

6. User Responsibility and Simulation Content

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any simulation content you create or apply. Given the engineering nature of our platform, you specifically agree to:

• Review and verify all generated simulations, code, and analyses for accuracy before use
• Ensure simulations meet applicable engineering, safety, and industry standards
• Take responsibility for the technical validity of outputs used in prototyping or decision-making
• Not rely solely on AI-generated simulations for safety-critical applications without expert validation

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Simulynx EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated simulations and code may contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use in engineering or prototyping contexts.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Simulynx SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
